I'm Sally, originally from Beirut and now based in Vienna.

I've spent more than fifteen years working in communications and writing — in newsrooms, with PR agencies, at the American University of Beirut. Over time I realised that what I was doing across all of it was storytelling, and that writing was only one of the forms it could take. So I started following the others too — painting, photography, events, projects of my own.

I don't think I fit very well into one job description, and at some point I decided to stop forcing it. The honest version is that I do a few different things, all of which feel like the same thing to me.
